This was my first visit and I was very impressed. There are two comfortable waiting areas as well as stylish and clean toilet facilities. The atmosphere was very calming and all staff were very professional and friendly. I will definitely go back.

The overall experience was fantastic. I spent a long time making my decision, and now on the other side I am overjoyed with my result, and thankful to REAL for making that a reality

The booking service, prior notification service, reception service, waiting-time, cleanliness of the establishment all get an excellent rating. The hygienist was not proficient or dexterous, was not well-presented, he did not have a good 'bedside manner', his customer care and overall performance was well below the usual standard for Riverside.

Professional, knowledgeable, honest and friendly. I trust Giacinto implicitly -he fully explains what the best treatments are for my individual needs and what I can expect during and after the procedure. I wouldn’t go to anyone else!

Exceptional care and attention to detail from all staff encountered from admission to discharge during recent overnight hospitalisation for a procedure. Admitting and surgical nurses put me at ease prior to my procedure and the post operative nursing care was attentive ensuring I felt well, safe and in good hands. Catering staff and nursing care assistant also provided excellent service. No hesitation in recommending this hospital. Outstanding.
