I'm so lucky as a NHS patient I had the choice to go here as I am nervous about hospitals at the best of times but the surrounding and friendliness of staff all helped me stay calm.

My wait time for surgery was so quick, all the relevant staff prepped me and got me ready for surgery and it was very professional . My nurse was especially kind and the anaesthetist made me laugh which helped ease my nerves.
