While ill for other reasons, two separate areas on the side of my face formed scabs and would not heal. After a referral, I had to find a dermatologist that I could trust. I am a person that finds it hard to trust anyone, but this was next to my eye! Dr Arif Aslam stood out immediately due to his website, as it was clean and informative. In person, he was precise and exactly who I needed. As I had two separate problems, one complex, I went through two sessions of Mohs surgery and was able the second time to fully observe the organisation and the process. I must also highlight the high quality of the team, and facilities, assembled by Dr Aslam. That includes the hidden technician. The aim of the Mohs process is to remove all the cancer, and the least possible of the person. Without this process the choice for the surgeon is either play it safe by removing too much, or risk a repeat operation. With the Mohs process, it becomes a skill decision instead. For me, all it meant was a small wait while the the initial surgery results were prepared by the hidden technician. The wait was very calming in a comfy environment with refreshments. For both my cancers Dr Aslam managed to remove them fully on the first surgery. The unexpected part was Dr Aslam's organisation, and instructions to the nurses. He was very calm and precise. There were always nurses in the room with me. There are a few areas I should highlight. The first is about the instructions for after the surgery, both written and oral. With Dr Aslam's and his team's care, I actually felt obliged to make the same effort and follow the instructions exactly. I would also recommend buying a few extra pillows before the surgery. I found it better to refuse offers of a mirror after the surgery, as I felt I could trust Dr Aslam to do what is best. The outcome was well beyond my expectations, and has already resulted in another going to the doctors for a similar problem. As I said I was ill for other reasons, and Dr Aslam worked around, and mitigated those problems. What I did not expect was to feel so much better after the surgery. Thank you.

Dr Tsui Ling is one of the best doctor's I've seen. I'd visited several GPs and Dermatologists about my skin before I'd seen her, and was really starting to lose faith, and my self confidence. Nothing that I'd been previously prescribed had worked. She was friendly, straight to the point and diagnosed the issues immediately. The prescriptions she provided me with solved my issues within weeks. Couldn't recommend Dr Tsui Ling enough. If me, or any other family members need to see a Dermatologist regarding any skin problems, she'll be the first person we book with.

After suffering for years with bad skin. I went to see Dr Latheef who diagnosed me Pyoderma Faciale. I started my treatment and could see a massive difference from month one. It’s wasn’t a quick fix, but now my skin has never been as clear as it is now. My only regret is I didn’t go see him years ago! He’s amazing in his field and such a genuinely lovely person.

Dr Faisal Ali is a very professional knowledgeable man . I was put at ease from the moment I entered his office. From diagnosis to biopsy & treatment Dr Ali made me feel very comfortable & relaxed. I knew I was in the best place for my Basal cell carcinoma treatment.

I was taken through to the operating suite almost as soon as I arrived ten minutes early and all was explained to me by the nurse. Dr. Gaikwad escorted me to the theatre where I met and was introduced to the other three members of the team. Dr Gaikwad then fully explained the procedure.
