Overall experience is good but there is lot of scope for improvement

I have been having CBT sessions here for two years. The people here have always been incredibly warm and welcoming, and in this environment, with the strong skills of my therapist, I feel I have been able to make great progress and put in place techniques and systems to better myself. I have nothing negative to say about the Priory and am sad to say goodbye to my therapist, who has helped me greatly.

After going to the priory and having an awful experience finding Ian was an absolute life saver. Working through various elements of my addiction and learning the science of the brain just made understanding how I was feeling so much simpler. There were challenges along the way, a lot of soul searching but Ian was there all the way. I recently had a relapse but our relapse plan was executed exactly as we planned it, a message was answered quickly and even on a Saturday Ian made the time to talk me through it all. I recommend Ian very highly, saved me from imploding and given me new energy and thought processes. Thanks very much!
