Extremely friendly patient and courteous reception staff and concierge.

I would highly recommend Dr Pruneddu and Dottore London overall. I was able to get an appointment at short notice, I didn't have to wait on the day and Dr Pruneddu answered all my questions clearlt and efficiently.

I recently had the pleasure of using Harley Row Clinic’s online services, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. One aspect that stood out to me was the convenient payment structure. Splitting the cost into two payments for each assessment made it much more manageable for me financially. From the start, the person handling emails was incredibly polite and helpful. They provided comprehensive information without overwhelming me and always responded in a timely manner. This level of service was consistent and reassuring throughout my experience. After my session, I had a clear understanding of my ADHD diagnosis, what to do next, and a rough timeline. Having the support of Natasha as care coordinator as well as the therapy from Helen Brice has been really helpful with my recovery. Paul Flynn's provision of the Flow machine has made a huge difference.
