Maja helped me with an unintentional low energy availability issue. Her approach was warm and informative. I would recommend her to people who need help with these issues and also athletes with specific dietary requirements, as she also helped me make sure I was fueling correctly as a vegan.

Very prompt replies from the staff. They were very patient and helpful throughout the process.

The aftercare sessions are wonderful. They give me the chance to take stock and check in with others who have been through similar experiences. I find their parallel to the process groups in lifeworks really helped me to feel comfortable from the first session despite it being on zoom and therefore feeling slightly different. Mark is amazing and does a really great job of intervening as and when is necessary or helpful and no more, meaning it feels like our space but is absolutely held by him as a safe one.
