It just seemed like a clean and very efficient environment. There was never any sense of panic, or rush but things happened smoothly and on time. Reception is very efficient.

I was an NHS patient in the Sainsbury wing prior to and after a TAVI procedure. All the staff were caring and extremely attentive and as far as I can tell I was not treated any differently to a private patient.
