I had rhinoplasty at 50! Something I had always wanted to do but never felt confident enough to do it. I am beyond thrilled at the results and found every part of my journey to be supportive, caring and professional. Megan was my contact and always got back quickly and no question was too silly. Tracy looked after me on the day and was so kind and compassionate. My tea and toast afterwards was so welcome as was her hug :-) My surgeon was Mr Marshall and I knew from the minute I met him that I was in the best of hands. I met him on the day along with my anaesthetist Pam and both answered any questions and reassured me. I felt safe and had no nerves which surprised me. I think this was due to the staff. I must also give a shout out to Bernie and Belinda. They are full of warmth and care and Bernie’s Irish accent soothed me as I drifted off to sleep in theatre ;-) Quite simply, I have been blown away by the experience. From start to finish, I have felt looked after and I could not be happier with the result! I’ve had hardly any bruising or swelling and in love with my new nose and it’s only day 8! Great experience. Professional and assuring.

Compared to my previous visit in 2017, I felt the staff were very busy and a little stressed. Food etc all very good however and overall my experience was a very positive one. As I was awake during the op I appreciated the care I had from the anaesthetists.

Staff were lovely and very accommodating.

5* experience from start to finish.

The hospital fell below my expectations for a private facility, rooms tired and dated, cleaning needed to be addressed in places. Staff were very attentive but appeared to be stretched, this I think in part was due to staff sickness
