All the staff members I interacted with were very polite and helpful. The facility was clean and quiet with a welcoming atmosphere.

It just seemed like a clean and very efficient environment. There was never any sense of panic, or rush but things happened smoothly and on time. Reception is very efficient.

It didnt even feel like a hospital! All staff were very friendly, attentive and made the experience as positive as possible.

I was an NHS patient in the Sainsbury wing prior to and after a TAVI procedure. All the staff were caring and extremely attentive and as far as I can tell I was not treated any differently to a private patient.
