This is particularly important for me when it comes to seeking care for gynecology which is a very private subject. His secretary Emma had a professional tone in her voice and email communication. I feel that she had the interests of both Dr Pal and myself when liaising with us. During one of my procedures which didn’t require an aesthetic but still caused discomfort, the nurses/assistants took great care of me by giving clear directions and distracting me with small talks.
