Such wonderful staff, so patient and compassionate. They never made me feel that I was a nuisance for asking questions. Dr Bodri always made me feel at ease and was kind and reassuring. The whole environment and experience was very calming. The waiting room is more like a living room than a medical environment and it makes the whole experience so much more positive.

We would rate our time at the Lister highly overall. Having a relatively small team means we got to see the same friendly faces who we feel genuinely cared about us and our experience; we appreciated the personal touch. The whole team are brilliant and we would like to send them our heartfelt thanks. The only slight frustration we had was that it could be very difficult to get through to the clinic on the phone, although communication did appear to get a little easier the further we got into treatment.
