I cannot recommend the Lister Fertility Clinic highly enough. Having had bad experiences with previous clinics, the care I received under the team at the Lister was everything. The team are just amazing and leave no stone unturned, and their personal approach and empathy are exemplar. I was very well looked after during my stay in the hospital, the hospitality and accommodating staff made sure I was very well looked after. It was a pleasure to be under their care.

We felt at ease from the moment we arrived and couldn’t have had been support from the full team. Thank you all for making our experience as comfortable, supportive, and reassuring as possible.

Absolutely incredible the care and compassion is indescribable. Amazing all round.

The clinic is absolutely exceptional - all the staff there have excellent bedside manner and experience. My only slight criticism is that they share the pharmacy with the rest of the Portland Hospital which have wait times of around 25-30 mins for a prescription (which isn’t the Lister’s fault) but is quite inconvenient
