Dr Crespi thoroughly explained everything in a way that my son could relate to and gave my son the opportunity to ask questions without feeling misunderstood or rushed. It's difficult to find bed and short of staff However ,I never felt forgotten nurses chase me everywhere to make sure I'm ok. Found a bed 3.30 in the morning consultant did the best complete the surgery despite their busy schedule work. Overall I would like to say Thank you and bless everyone in ED and Surgeon took a good care

Dr Kandiah kept me informed of what was to be expected in the procedure. The preparation for the procedure instructions were clear and therefore easy to follow. During the procedure, there was a point when he could not continue and he informed me of the reason and immediately sent me to a scan (on the same day). All of which was efficiently and sympathetically done. The follow up appointment was just as informative. He answered all of my questions and provided me with the reassurances I needed. I would highly recommend Dr Kandiah as he is extremely professional with an amazing bed side manner.
