Both Prof. Bu and his practice co-ordinator were fantastic, communications, explanations, scheduling, clinic facilities and the direct care I received were genuinely world class (I’ve previously worked in private hospital inspections and healthcare in the UK and abroad). At every stage I understood the plan, why tests were needed and what might happen with the results and when I needed endoscopy the Prof was very reassuring and clear throughout. I would not hesitate to ask for his help again.

I was recently under the care of Dr Tsironis while recovering from abdominal surgery. His visits each morning kept me informed of how I was doing, but it was at the follow up appointment once I had been discharged that he really took the time to explain my condition to me. I asked endless questions and he really helped me to get a grasp on what had happened to me by showing diagrams of the anatomy, explaining to me so that I could understand. He put me at ease and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending him.

I have received excellent care from Mr Rashid. My initial meeting was very reassuring, Mr Rashid explained the procedure clearly and was caring and respectful. On the day of my surgery he visited me both prior and post procedure, again ensuring I was happy and prepared. My follow up appointment was prompt, again reassuring and I feel I have had very good care throughout. Mr Rashid has offered guidance should I need further treatment or have any ongoing concerns. I am very grateful for his kind, supportive care as any surgery can feel daunting but I have felt in good hands from start to end.
