I came to Gus with a calf injury which had stopped me running eight weeks out from a marathon. Gus diagnosed the issue, helped me strengthen the muscles to prevent it returning and gave me a training plan that got me back on track. He’s knowledgeable, practical and realistic. He understood I didn’t want a zero risk plan - but to get to the event and complete it (which I did with no pain and a time I’m delighted with). A pleasure to work with and I would absolutely recommend

Erin is a fantastic physio. She initially helped me recover from a sprained ankle (made a huge difference in a short time) and has since progressed to assisting with my long standing lower back pain issues, as well as my general fitness and flexibility through 1to1 reformer pilates sessions. She is patient, thorough and takes the time to really listen and adapt to whatever I tell her. The at home rehab exercises she gives have been manageable and realistic and she always makes sure to check in to see if they need to be changed in any way. Over the years, I've seen quite a number of physios, and Erin is far and away the best - I've even referred my husband to her!

Millie is amazing. I wouldn't see anyone else for my physiotherapy now. Millie takes the time to listen to exactly what's going on and adapts the exercises as and when.
