A very good experience overall.

Clean and warm.

I have been visiting Alice for my back pain for a while and my whole experience was very good. Alice explained everything clearly to me and made me aware of what is happening with my back. The exercise was very effective and I could see improvement in my back pain. She also giving me exercise on reformer Pilates board and explaining how it is helping me to strength my muscles to support my back. Alice gave me several correction moves which helped me with my routine pilates practices. Overall I am so happy with her support and service.

As someone who’s scared of hospitals and doctors it was reassuring to encounter staff at all levels who were so supportive.

The whole experience at PGH was excellent. All the staff from the gentleman on reception at the front door on the morning of arrival, the nursing staff, the catering staff were all efficient, friendly and reassuring. I also need to say the food was excellent.

Very comfortable stay, made it feel more like a holiday than a surgical operation.

Mr Ralph Rogers is the best. Very friendly, detailed and attentive.
