My experience with Luca Pozzi has been excellent every time. I find him to be thoughtful, intelligent and incredibly supportive.

I cannot thank Juandri enough for changing my mindset and helping me through the struggles I was facing. She went above and beyond to make sure I was getting the support I needed. If I ever need help again I will 100% go to Juandri.

I had seen a number of counsellors in the past over some years but meeting with Kathryn was a world of difference. She helped me to articulate the issues and steadily unpicked them with me, providing resources along the way to consolidate learning and help me apply it day to day. Her warm empathetic approach was key. Therapy has lead to genuine transformation not only in how I see myself but also in my relationships with others and I'm a much better leader as a result (and friend, family member, etc).

I was recently diagnosed with heart disease and have been struggling to get out of bed. Ryan has helped me find peace, hope and a way though my depression and anxiety. He is one of the most inspirational and amazing people I have ever met. The only person that has truly understood my mindset and found a way to help me through my darkest moments. Finding HOPE is a big thing when you are facing a life threatening illness, and learning to live again with belief and a positive outlook, you can’t put a price on that. Dr Sarah Jane has been a fantastic psychologist and provided a safe and understanding space to discuss and work through some of the mental health issues I was experiencing. Sarah Jane helped me understand what specific psychological treatment I needed and made sure I was supported throughout, whilst also providing practical support to improve my wellbeing at work and across other areas of my life. During sessions with Sarah Jane, I felt deeply understood on a personal level and was able to safely connect at a deep emotional level with myself.
