The staff at this hospital are incredibly friendly and make you feel completely reassured and at ease in an otherwise stressful time. This can be said from the pre-operative assessment with the Nurses right through to my admission and stay in the hospital. When I got to the hospital, I was met at the door and my bag was carried to my room; I felt like I’d checked into a hotel! The nurses were attentive and checked on me throughout the morning until my operation. My room was very clean and comfortable. Theatre staff too were all incredibly friendly and I went from feeling very anxious to completely comfortable in the minutes before my operation. The food when I got back and the next morning was brilliant and there was a great variety to choose from. Any outpatient appointments to follow up were all great and I never had to wait too long at these.

Friendly staff, had some confusion about where consultation payments are paid to but that was easily clarified. Clean place.

I found the staff and care during my short stay at the Runnymede Hospital to be very professional and caring. My follow up physio appointments have also been excellent.
