I was an NHS patient in the Sainsbury wing prior to and after a TAVI procedure. All the staff were caring and extremely attentive and as far as I can tell I was not treated any differently to a private patient.

KInd reception at entrance and friendly asistance at waiting area.

All the staff members I interacted with were very polite and helpful. The facility was clean and quiet with a welcoming atmosphere.

It just seemed like a clean and very efficient environment. There was never any sense of panic, or rush but things happened smoothly and on time. Reception is very efficient.

Good clinic with friendly and helpful staff. More parking would be helpful.
