My experience at Parkside was extremely positive. Due to issues with blood cancer, I required additional care both pre and post operation. The staff were up to speed with all my requirements, and took great care to ensure that the treatment I received was strictly in accordance with Mr Sturridge's instructions. The staff were curteous, friendly and efficient. The care I received and the food served were both excellent.

Comfortable room, very attentive and kind staff and the food was good!

I had both cataracts done and all the staff were wonderful. I suffer from anxiety and, not knowing what to expect, I got into a real panic. The reception staff talked to me, helped calm me down and alerted the nurses who were so reassuring. I opted for a sedative before my first surgery but really don’t know why I worried so much as the operation only took 5-10 minutes and I didn’t feel a thing. Needless to say I sailed through the 2nd one without the sedation.
