Tom is an exceptional consultant, following a failed operation under the NHS, which made me very apprehensive of undergoing further surgery, I was put at ease by Tom's understanding of my concerns and reassurance of the positive outcome I could expect. Tom took time to explain in detail what the procedure would entail and the aftercare that was required to ensure the operation was a success and did not reoccur. His bedside manner and empathy towards my nervousness were excellent and made me feel at ease both before and during the operation. Unfortunately I have had my fair share of operations for different ailments and would rate Tom as one of the best consultants that I have been treated by.

Mr Ayoub explained the whole process and subsequent outcome very thoroughly and answered any questions and concerns in detail. The surgery was on both eyes and the treatment was painless and took little time. All in all I felt I was in good hands all through the consultations and surgery and am very happy with the outcome. Ms Richardson has been outstanding I literally walked in her clinic and she diagnosed Horners. She was extremely supportive and reassuring during a very stressful time. She went over and above calling me when I was admitted and checking up on me over the next few days whilst I was in hospital. She altogether probably is the reason I am here to write this. She is a compassionate and truly wonderful doctor.

We had watched him on a video from the macular Society and had been very impressed by his knowledge and the way he communicated. We were not disappointed when we met him we are so pleased to have found him a professional and very knowledgeable in his field.
