Front of house excellent

I was looked after at the RNOH when I was undergoing major spinal surgery, March 2024. The staff there were amazing, from when we arrived a day early, they still accommodated for us, to just coming in and checking up on me regularly. They are all really friendly and will come and help you quickly if you need something. The hospital itself is in a really nice area, surrounded by lots of trees and the countryside, so a very nice place to look out of from your window in your room, or when you are having a walk around. The garden was lovely too, it allowed a chance to be able just to have a short walk outside without having to go too far away from your room. The food was good, compared to lots of other hospital catering, and there were always snacks and drinks by your bed if you every get hungry. Overall, it is a really good hospital!

Princess Grace Hospital- Great quality of care, the efficiency of the admission process, the professionalism of the staff, and the standard of food provided all exceeded my expectations. I was particularly impressed with the spacious and impeccably clean private room, which significantly contributed to my comfort during my time at the hospital. Very kind staff

Dad received outstanding professional care from the Royal Free and Dr Chauhan. The human connectedness and care added made all the difference to his healing and wellbeing. The only downside was the lack of climate adaptedness of the building, with Dad's room often far too hot during the hot summer days. The lack of windows for staff concerns me. Overall, we are extremely grateful for the amazing standard of care that Dad received, thank you.
