During the initial appointment Dr Karuppaiah gave me all of the information required so that I could make an informed decision on the best treatment for my hand. On the day of the surgery he again made me feel at ease an I had full confidence going into theatre. No complications and my hand is healing as expected.

From my first appointment with James I was fully at ease, and knew I'd be in safe hands. He explained the treatment for a partial knee replacement, and why he felt it was appropriate given the current state of my knee. The team at KIMS were brilliant, from reception, through outpatients, xray and after the op via physio. The on the day team were amazing, and I felt totally cared for and supported from arrival through to discharge.
