Very honest discussion on the operation and what to expect post surgery,

I had my operation in May on my Knee after suffering a lot of pain. I was incredibly impressed with the professionalism of Mr Bhattee. The surgery went smoothly not a pleasant experience but Mr Bhattee was so thorough, kind, gentle and totally professional in every way, it made a bad situation bearable. Thank you you for everything.

From start to Finnish of this process Dr Jalgaonka and all of the medical staff were very professional and gave explanations on every possible eventuality, i could not of felt any more welcoming and made at ease through the entire time. very impressed is an understatement.

Can’t rate Mr Davidson highly enough! I was referred to him by my GP due to osteoarthritis in both knees. X-rays had already confirmed this. On our first meeting, he X-rayed my hips and found the same problem. One total hip replacement and total replacement of both knees was therefore necessary. This was August. By March all three operations were completed. Before he started, we checked his statistics online. In a trade where practice really does make perfect, he had completed a greater than average number of procedures with less than average complications. This is no doubt due to his thoroughness and attention to detail which was mentioned by his registrars in post-op discussion as being above average. He instils confidence with his cheerful, friendly and humorous personality and a calmness which belies the stress that must accompany this job. My operations were all completed successfully and I am very pleased with the results. At 68 I had developed the gait of a 90-year old, but have been transformed by these ops into......a normal 68 year old (at least)! Many, many thanks.

I saw Mr K Akhtrar at OSD healthcare to get a second opinion regarding my knee. I was referred to Mr Akhtar by OSD GP, Dr Patel. Mr Akhtar simplified my case beautifully and discusses all available options in great detail. A letter in post arrived a couple of days later which detailed my patient case and I found this super helpful, as I was able to go to the letter for further references. Having gained the crucial information made me relaxed. I highly recommend Mr Akhtar for knee problems.

He was brilliant at explaining everything to my mum, she felt safe and well looked after under his care.

Mr Aston explained clearly the treatment, the risks and was able to answer my questions. I would have liked to have had more time to ask questions digest the answers before and after the surgery (on the day).
