Mr Jacques was very reassuring and answered all of my questions and concerns making me feel comfortable in his ability. I am especially pleased with how natural yet still enhanced my nose looks. From the first consultation I felt confident that I was in safe hands. Mr Townley clearly explained the procedure and recovery and the result I could expect. The day of the operation all the staff were amazing and although it’s quite painful I felt I was receiving the best possible care. After 4 days I felt much better and after my cast was taken off two weeks later people who saw me were unaware I’d had anything done. I’m so delighted with the result and have a new found confidence. Before and after my operation Mr Kumar visited my room and fully explained everything to me.A week later at my dressing appointment he was present and was happy with the healing process.At my consultation with Mr Kumar today he stated the ear is healing superbly and cancer free.
