Very good friendly approach made it easy to attend

I rang out of the blue with a recommendation for a consultant. The response was excellent: warm and friendly and efficient, and an appointment was arranged on the day itself. All aspects of the procedures were extremely good.

Easy to navigate, helpful and friendly staff, complimentary drinks.

The hospital is clean, not too crowded. However, seems like there’s either no AC or it was broken, so it was quite hot. Most of the staff were professional and nice.

The experience was good but the waiting time is more. I had to leave my newborn at home.

I feel totally comfortable at Shirley Oaks, everyone I was in contact with through the process from walking in to leaving were professional al and friendly. Easy parking, good facilities.

I have attend Facemed for five years and the experience has never veered from excellent.
