He took time to understand my concerns as a patient and to answer all my questions. He made the test data available to me so I had the opportunity to keep my own patient records. His personal assistant responded promptly to all my emails and managed the adminstrative matters competently and effectively. Very professional but applies some light humour to make patient feel more comfortable. Explains everything thoroughly with drawings to help. As a visual learner this was very helpful and allowed me to know my problem in good detail.
