As a retired nurse I found Mr Gulihar very professional, very charming and he listened to and answered all my questions. Mr Falworth instilled me with confidence, in his thorough clinical assessment and professional manner during consultation. After confirming his diagnosis with MRI scan, he advised surgery which will take place shortly.

The criticism is that I was put on the spot to make a rushed decision on the treatment. It would have been sensible to let me go away with the options of treatment and be able to discuss with my family and then make a decision. Now I feel as though I was swayed away from going for the surgery as I wasn’t keen on it.
