A consultant who really cares about her patients. I have seen Theresa twice and both times she has gone out of her way to accommodate. I was seen promptly and the diagnosis was expert and professional.

I had to wait a considerable time but there were emergencies that needed attention .it would have been appreciated if this was explained prior reason for wait . I first spoke to Dr Scawn in 2023 and presented him with an eye that had been operated on multiple times by two previous surgeons. He did a detailed analysis of my situation and laid out the challenges and best steps. Everything was focussed on getting the right outcomes while being clear to explain the limitations due to the previous surgeries. Fast forward to 2024 and my eye is in a fantastic place. The patience of the approach taken was spot on and Dr Scawn was great throughout

Mr Ayoub explained the whole process and subsequent outcome very thoroughly and answered any questions and concerns in detail. The surgery was on both eyes and the treatment was painless and took little time. All in all I felt I was in good hands all through the consultations and surgery and am very happy with the outcome.
