He provided a comprehensive explanation of my condition, complete with diagrams and even some hand-drawn illustrations to ensure I fully understood the situation. It turned out that I had silent reflux, which was causing the inflammation. To be thorough, Mr. Dwivedi suggested that my GP conduct a full checkup to rule out any other potential concerns, which also saved me some costs rather than going through him for the additional tests. This thoughtful recommendation was much appreciated. During the consultation, I also mentioned some minor issues, such as ear popping and difficulty breathing through my nose, which were affecting my sleep. Mr. Dwivedi took the time to examine these concerns as well and offered precise diagnoses. I left the clinic with a clear treatment plan and a prescription to address my issues. Dr Ahmed is a brilliant doctor - in consultations, he always listened closely to my concerns and took me seriously, and would walk me through my options in a respectful and collaborative manner. It essentially feels like a collaborative consultation (e.g. I explain my issues, they investigate and my thoughts on xyz option were taken seriously) rather than a doctor who orders a patient to do xyz. I also underwent surgery with Dr Ahmed as well which was a resounding success - hence I think they're a fantastic doctor across the board (consultations, surgical skills, etc) and would wholly recommend to them to anyone whose looking for an ENT.

Mr Jayaram has treated my face, with multiple surgical procedures, including excisions of skin cancers (BCC & SCC) and an extensive (middle, tip, left and right side) nose excisions and reconstructive skin graft, using donor skin from my chest. The diagnosis, prognosis, options and potential outcomes, were all extensively offered and discussed with Mr Jayaram, with generous attention to detail, clarity and empathy along my patient journey. This is my face. I could not have hoped for a more professional, extremely proficient and kind surgeon, in whose hands to trust. Mr Jayaram, thank you, I am so fortunate to have found you.

Very calm and patient doctor. Explained me the procedure very nicely multiple times as I had come in for plunging ranula issue. Came to see me everyday in the hospital answered all my questions. His assistant is also brilliant. Highly recommended. Very knowledgeable.
