Just the best of everything from start to finish. Can’t thank my surgeon enough i feel i have a new lease of life, energy and can physically walk pain free. ❤️

Overall the service was excellent though there was issues with paperwork, which was not put in on time to pur insurer leaving me to pay £2,000 8 hours before my planned Saturday surgery or it couldnt go ahead ,to cover an extra doctor,( they had to put in his paperwork AFTER. Other than that, (which was a huge thing and extremely annoying to have to sort out over the phone at 6pm Friday evening, everything else was spot on ,from the surgeons to the receptionists to the nurses and the catering/cleaning staff.all amazing.
