Great experience, 10/10!

The booking service, prior notification service, reception service, waiting-time, cleanliness of the establishment all get an excellent rating. The hygienist was not proficient or dexterous, was not well-presented, he did not have a good 'bedside manner', his customer care and overall performance was well below the usual standard for Riverside.

Dr Una is such an amazing dentist! She gave me a comprehensive treatment plan and lots of useful advice. The results of teeth whitening are stunning. She is very empathetic and made me feel safe throughout the whole procedure. Well done, Dr Una!

My experience with the dental practice and Dr Mehmedov was very professional and swift. When I walked in I didn't have to wait a long time and the whole process was very fast and efficient. The staff were very welcoming and it was all communicated very well. I had no issues with the bookings and emails. It was all very simple and straight forward. Dr Mehmedov was brilliant and his work is amazing. I would recommend this practice to a friend!

The clinic is wonderful! Excellent service, great communication, and a fantastic play area for kids. We managed to have fissure sealants done for our 3-year-old without any stress, leaving us with completely positive emotions and impressions from the visit. Special thanks to Dr. Jasmine. My son loves coming back to the clinic, thinking it's a playroom. Thank you so much for the excellent service! This is the best service I've experienced in any medical facility in London.

Implants fell out shocked

We thank Moira and her team so much for all the work and support for our daughter over a 2 year period. We felt secure throughout the process and in safe hands to find a solution to a child missing 8 adult teeth. The orthodontic process has now come to an end and we are pleased with the results so far. We would definitely recommend the high service and levels of commitment of staff to obtain the best results. Thank you!
