Only been twice and everything worked- from the concierge to the greeting and efficiency of the ladies who arranged the initial paperwork to ensure that everything was in order prior to seeing the specialist. Exceptionally pleasant surroundings and easily accessible car parking.

Couldn't fault any of the staff and was shown kindness and courtesy throughout my visits

I found all members of staff to be friendly courteous and happy to help in any way they could, even giving me a meal just prior to my leaving for home. Felt like all staff members were friends and not just Co workers.

Seam free short stay for the procedure. Excellent food on the second day. One night stay only

I found this to be a very positive experience. Appointment times were always kept. When I had bad pain after the operation the staff were on hand to help. All staff were friendly and attentive.
