Overal friendly greeting by staff. Wait was slightly longer than anticipated, but staff were attentive throughout.

A very efficient and pleasurable experience. The first time I have used this service and was impressed by how easy it was to access.

Overall my experience with HCA was ok - especially the care side which was friendly and effective, but the admin side was less efficient, particularly in terms of clarity in pricing and payment processes which seemed complex and uncoordinated.

Better signage would be helpful.
