After enduring months of uncertainty regarding my health, Dr. Rakshi provided the clarity and reassurance that I desperately needed. From my first visit, I was struck by the professionalism and warmth of Dr. Rakshi. He took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly review my medical history, and plan out diagnostics and care. He meticulously analyzed the results and, to my immense relief, was able to conclude that I have no evidence of Myasthenia Gravis. Throughout this process, Dr. Rakshi was transparent about his findings and ensured that I understood the implications of each test result. What truly impressed me was Dr. Rakshi’s dedication to leaving no stone unturned. Even after the initial tests suggested a negative result for Myasthenia Gravis, he performed additional tests to fully confirm the diagnosis and ensure my peace of mind. Dr Mallik explained the procedure really well, he spent time advising me and answering my queries. He is friendly and down to earth. On the whole, it was a pleasure to have such a personable, helpful doctor.

Dr Mort asked pertinent questions and didn't limit them to the symptoms I was presenting. He enquired into my general health and lifestyle. He suggested several simple lifestyle and office changes which would help, reassured me that I had a known condition which was benign and sent a request to my GP to assist when I had an (unrelated to my query) attack. My relief at knowing what was wrong and the alterations to my life have, so far, kept the problem I went to him for, away, although the attacks I was getting were intermittent. I felt it was a very helpful consultation.
