Dr East listened to what my issues were with my nose, having had it broken on two previous occasions. It was deviated to the left and was slightly blocked on one side. I could not be happier with the result. My nose character is as if my nose was never broken all those years ago, which was something I asked to try and achieve. Same nose but perfectly straight.

Overall my experience with HCA was ok - especially the care side which was friendly and effective, but the admin side was less efficient, particularly in terms of clarity in pricing and payment processes which seemed complex and uncoordinated.

Attended for a major surgery Jun 24. Hospital was very well run and very well equipped. Was treated courteously and respectfully ar all times. All levels of staff from doctors to nurses to porters were very professional and competent.

We have been very pleased with Cromwell hospital, the staff and everyone involved in caring for our daughter has been amazing. The hospital is always very clean.

Everyone was friendly and helpful and the waiting area and facilities were spotless.
