Good staff ,clean hospital and polite

I found the experience to be positive and professional, I'm disappointed that there has been no follow up to my consult though, so I will query this with my Bupa insurance and the secretary.

I have given 5 stars across the board. I did have a bit of waiting time but twice members of staff checked my situation and were proactive in noticing and finding out the situation with the wait. As it happened I had no issues at all with waiting as my consultant had fitted me in last minute at the end of his day - which in itself was enormously helpful, so it did not bother me to wait at all.

Positive overall. Good to speak to someone that is knowledgable regarding issues with the menopause. There is clearly not a product that works well for all but feel some actual medical blood tests may help. Very expensive for what is usually a 15 min appointment so after a while you start questioning the value.

I was very pleased with my time using the Agora clinic. All nurses were so friendly and helpful and I felt very comfortable there.
