I had seen a number of counsellors in the past over some years but meeting with Kathryn was a world of difference. She helped me to articulate the issues and steadily unpicked them with me, providing resources along the way to consolidate learning and help me apply it day to day. Her warm empathetic approach was key. Therapy has lead to genuine transformation not only in how I see myself but also in my relationships with others and I'm a much better leader as a result (and friend, family member, etc).

My whole experience was amazing. From entering the building with the reception staff to seeing Dr. Sirohi. Made me feel very comfortable and at ease.
