Overall I was happy with my experience

The staff at reception were always, friendly, polite and helpful, while the nursing staff on the day of my operation were kind and professional, leaving no room for error. I would like to thank the staff at Parkside Hospital, especially the nurses, for the care they showed over the number of visits I made to the hospital, including the day of my operation.

Easy to arrange appointments and the reception staff are always most helpful. Good facilities well maintained and kept very clean.

The operation was fine. The billing process needs an urgent review. The staff are not competent in the process. It is substandard. There are may reviews online that highlight this. You must take action as it is letting down the reputation of the hospital.
