Overall my experience with HCA was ok - especially the care side which was friendly and effective, but the admin side was less efficient, particularly in terms of clarity in pricing and payment processes which seemed complex and uncoordinated.

Good facility, very clean, front desk was very kind and helpful.

Very calm and reassuring atmosphere where every member of staff from the cleaner to the consultant was polite and helpful.

Excellent facilities and treatment by Nat. Had a sore back and after massage and needles, was much more mobile.

I would highly recommend Dr Pruneddu and Dottore London overall. I was able to get an appointment at short notice, I didn't have to wait on the day and Dr Pruneddu answered all my questions clearlt and efficiently.
