André is a 5* physio! I suffer from TMJ, which causes significant pain in my jaw and causes it to occasionally lock. After one treatment with André, I felt so much relief, he really took the time to determine the issue, gave me hands on treatment and provided recommendation for a course of treatment. I've tried other physio's in the past and none have been able to help ease the pain. After my course of treatment and self management recommendations, André provided, I've been pain free. Dr Sheridan is very knowledgable and has a sympathetic ear. He has turned around my understanding of my long standing knee issues and I am very pleased with what he has suggested to make improvements, much of which I was not aware off. I could not recommend Owen highly enough to anyone who is considering improving their posture or wanting to address back pain. I visiting Owen with lower back pain and wanting to improve my posture. He is professional, encouraging, and knowledgable. He designed a well-organised 8-week program that I have followed with great success, resulting in reduced back pain and improved posture. Owen provides clear instructions and demonstrations of each exercise and provides helpful feedback on my form in our sessions. Owen has progressed my exercises programme as the sessions have gone on and I have noticed a significant improvement compared to when I first started. He also provided exercises to complete outside of the sessions as well advice on how to improve posture in the workplace. Rehab sessions with Owen are enjoyable and he consistently provides a personal and friendly service.
