I have experience very easy; you are very are clear and it made it you explain what's going to happen and you made it very clear and step-by-step and it was excellent. The General anaesthetic was great. Best sleep I had.

The criticism is that I was put on the spot to make a rushed decision on the treatment. It would have been sensible to let me go away with the options of treatment and be able to discuss with my family and then make a decision. Now I feel as though I was swayed away from going for the surgery as I wasn’t keen on it.

Neil saw me on time and quickly gave a clear concise diagnosis, explained what the treatment options may be and was happy to answer questions.
