I now think having both osteopathy and PT with the same person is an amazing privilege. I love training with someone who understands the quirks of body. I feel that through a combination of training and therapies we are working to undo years of bad posture and bad technique… while still seeing visible physical results in my body. I can’t recommend Gabs enough.
