Dr Singh recommended me for thumb joint replacement surgery as steroid injection wasn’t helping with pain relief .Surgey on the 16th May. I have now regained full strength and mobility of my left hand .My recovery was very swift and only hand to take one week off work.Over the moon with the results.

Mr Prasad is a pleasure to meet ! he explains exactly what is wrong and shows you the scan explaining what you can see and then offers the alternatives available ie do nothing and put up with the problem managing with pain killers or injection which may be temporary and need repeating often or key hole surgery to hopefully remove the problem . I am very comfortable to have Mr Prasad carry out the surgery and I am sure of a positive result .

He elucidated the operation and aftercare expectations exceptionally well and showed great compassion. This is my 2nd hip replacement. I had a leg discrepancy of nearly 2 cms after the first. Mr Murphy has corrected that, which I am pleased about. I have a much larger scar but I’d rather have that than one leg longer than the other. I’m recovering well. Thank you Mr Murphy.
