first time i gone private . i was very well looked after .what i wanted or needed was no trouble . the room was very clean and roomy.thr hoisiptal overall was very clean nd modern . the food was very nice . all the staff looking after me were very good and i wanted for nothing .

Excellent hospital. From the time I arrived I felt looked after and special. Within 5 minutes I was taken to my room, introduced to the staff that would be looking after me and my order for lunch, dinner and breakfast the following day was taken. The room was large with a lovely wet-room. The staff ran the hospital like clockwork, everything was done at exactly the time they said it would. The care by the staff is exceptional and nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend this Hospital to anyone.

My mother was diagnosed with the Sickle cell trait, so I wondered whether I inherent it. That's when I found out about The Red Drop through an advertisement, I got in touch and they were so helpful in terms of listening to my concerns because I didn't even know what exactly test I should do in order to get a diagnosis. The Red Drop’s doctor talked me through the whole process and guided me throughout the process, I honestly could not feel more cared. The process is very straightforward, if you have any doubts you can ask in advance before placing an order for any test, and afterwards test is delivered at home. For the Sickle cell test, I had blood taken from my vein, in one of their collection point, which was very convenient for me. The test results were ready within 24 hours, together with the Red Drop doctor's advice, which personally made me very happy, provided I'm quite an anxious person. Overall I'm very happy with the services and the value of money.
