Amazing

Extremely happy with the treatment under Dr. Georgios Oikonomou. I first went to see the doc in Feb, 2023 and was very unwell due to inflamed sinus. Based on the various tests which were performed on me, Dr. Georgios was even able to diagnose a condition which I never thought I had and it was already at advanced stage. I had to undergo surgery to fix the issue and I am very grateful to Dr. Georgios that he performed the surgery successfully and ensured that post operative appointment was proactively booked. If any one is having issues related to ENT, I strongly recommend seeing Dr. Georgios asap. He is the best ENT doctor I have met so far. His PA Alejandra is superb and does great job of ensuring appointments are booked at the earliest possibility. Regards, Payal

Lulu is an outstanding consultant, who was Amazing from start to finish. She was very thorough in explaining the procedure our daughter would be having and really put us at ease. She was Phenomenal with interacting with our daughter both on the day of surgery and the post op. Lulu was extremely professional but also very personable, our daughter was in very safe hands and we would highly recommend Lulu as a consultant.

I was kept waiting nearly 40 minutes for the consultant's first appointment of the day. A nurse had to call them to find out where they were. When they did finally arrive they weren't very apologetic and didn't really explain why they were so late! I was a bit anxious about my appointment and this didn't help. I could havec come at a later time if asked/required. There were also other 2 other members of staff in the room for my consultation, one of them wasn't even introduced to me and I don't know why they were there.
