Very friendly Dr, whose focus was on providing support to the patient.

Dr East listened to what my issues were with my nose, having had it broken on two previous occasions. It was deviated to the left and was slightly blocked on one side. I could not be happier with the result. My nose character is as if my nose was never broken all those years ago, which was something I asked to try and achieve. Same nose but perfectly straight.

I had my surgery within 3 weeks of my initial diagnosis. My pre assessment was quickly arranged and I had a courtesy call the day before surgery.

On time, v friendly, good advice, reasonable charges

My overall experience was fantastic as soon as I walked in I was instantly created with warmth. Everyone I spoke to was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I was also seen to very quickly even though I arrived early.
