Overal friendly greeting by staff. Wait was slightly longer than anticipated, but staff were attentive throughout.

The doctor was very friendly and kind, and she helped me through a physically difficult test by talking to me and explaining everything.

Dr East listened to what my issues were with my nose, having had it broken on two previous occasions. It was deviated to the left and was slightly blocked on one side. I could not be happier with the result. My nose character is as if my nose was never broken all those years ago, which was something I asked to try and achieve. Same nose but perfectly straight.
