Very friendly, professional and efficient

I saw Dr Anastasia back in November and I had a skin problem she was extremely helpful and understood my problem so she explain to me what I need to do And slowly slowly it’s clearing up which is helping me now

Initial consultation & procedures were dealt with well & quite quick. However, I then had to chase for a follow up, as there was still no reason identified for my diagnosis. The secretary is difficult to get hold, often no replies to emails, so followed up through Spire secretaries. Eventually got a telephone appt, but didn't get called, was then told I should have gone in-person. Next appt cancelled at short notice. Re-schedule appt the Professor didn't turn up, was then told clinic was cancelled, but had no notification, so resulted in a wasted journey. Not sure if I can now be bothered with the hassle to follow up on my health issues!

Dr. Suarez was excellent in all aspects of my treatment for a BCC carcinoma. From my first greeting to follow of phone call and letter regarding my biopsy result Dr, Suarez was very professional and personable.
