In general I have no complaints with Kings Park other than being slightly disappointed with one of your staff when I inquired about booking an earlier appointment with Mr. Nicol. The reason for my request was that I managed to secure a much earlier MRI scan than originally offered, and therefore wanted to see Mr. Nicol asap after the scan. I had a feeling that your staff member was not very accommodating and slightly dismissive. I therefore phoned back the next day, spoke to Aurielle(forgive me if spelling is incorrect) who could not have been more helpful. She advised that I could see Mr.Nicol on the 8th July, some 21 days earlier than previously intimated. I managed to get a second cancellation at Ross Hall for my MRI and subsequently met with Mr. Nicol on the 8th. It was a frustrating scenario because I was in some discomfort and wanted to alleviate it as early as possible. I do not normally submit any complaints but I felt it was worth noting if not for any other reason than highlighting your very helpful member of staff. Kind Regards John B.

I cannot fault the care I recieved at La Belle Forme. From my initial conversation through to surgery and then aftercare, everyone I met with was kind, friendly and highly professional. My outcome is more than I could have hoped for. I feel my life has been truly transformed.
